Refund and Cancellation Policy

All Cancer Signaling Atlas plans are digital subscriptions delivered online. Nothing is shipped. This policy explains how trials, cancellations and refunds work.

Free trial
The Professional plan includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. We will email you a reminder before the trial ends. If you do not cancel, your subscription starts and your payment method is charged on the day the trial ends.
How to cancel
- Go to Account › Manage subscription and choose Cancel, or
- Use the billing link in any receipt email, or
- Email hello@cancersignalingatlas.com from your account email address.
Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Refunds
- Annual plans. If you request a refund within 14 days of your first annual payment, we will refund it in full. After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel to stop the next renewal.
- Monthly plans. Monthly fees are non-refundable, and we do not give credits for partial months.
- Renewal charges. If you forgot to cancel and have not used the Service since a renewal, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will review a refund in good faith.
- Billing errors and service problems. If you were charged in error, or a paid feature was unavailable for an extended period, contact us and we will correct it or refund the affected amount.
- Team plans. Removing seats takes effect at the next billing period. The annual 14-day refund applies to the first annual payment for the team.
- Legal rights. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live. If you are in the EU or UK, by starting access to digital content during the withdrawal period you agree that access begins immediately; our 14-day trial and annual refund window give you equivalent protection.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Price changes
We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect on your subscription. You can cancel before the new price applies.
